A 50-second walkthrough of the £550,000 one-bedroom apartment, made entirely from the photographs already on the listing.
Watermarked preview. The clean master is supplied on licence.
Countryside already has a film for Verdica as a development. This is the layer underneath it: one film per plot, so someone scrolling Rightmove sees the apartment they would actually be buying.
It was built from the ten photographs on the Plot 92 listing. Every room in the film is a room in those photographs. Nothing was invented and no space was made to look larger than it is, which matters when the film sits next to the particulars.
A third of properties on Rightmove now have a video or virtual tour, up from 2% in January 2021 (Rightmove). Video has moved from a differentiator to an expectation, and the listings without it are becoming the ones that stand out for the wrong reason.
Rightmove also found that when a buyer is sent a video after enquiring, 62% open the email and 80% of those watch it. The appetite is there. The constraint has always been that filming every plot individually costs more than it returns.
